LEGAL
Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Sovereignty Global website and secure client portal. Please read them carefully. By using the site or the portal, you agree to them.
Last updated: 2 October 2026
1. Who we are and how to contact us
The website and client portal at sovereigntyglobal.org are operated by Sovereignty Global (“we”, “us”, “our”), company registration number 311454940, registered address 36 Dragan Tsankov Blvd. You can reach us at contact@sovereigntyglobal.org.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing the website, booking a consultation, or using the client portal, you confirm that you accept these terms and that you have the legal capacity to enter into them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the portal.
3. What we do — and what these terms are not
We help internationally mobile people structure residency, tax and banking arrangements, with a focus on Bulgaria and Georgia. The website is for general information only. Nothing on it is, or should be relied on as, legal, tax, immigration, investment or financial advice, and it does not create a professional relationship between us.
Where we agree to work with you, the specific scope, fees and responsibilities are set out in a separate written engagement letter or proposal. If anything in that engagement document conflicts with these terms, the engagement document takes precedence for that engagement. These terms otherwise continue to apply to your use of the website and portal.
4. No guarantee of outcomes
Residency, tax residency, company formation and bank-account approvals depend on your individual circumstances and on decisions made by government authorities, banks and other third parties that we do not control. We will apply reasonable skill and care, but we do not and cannot guarantee any particular result, approval, timescale or tax treatment.
5. Eligibility and lawful use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not use them to facilitate tax evasion, money laundering, sanctions breaches or any other unlawful activity. We operate client due-diligence and anti-money-laundering checks, and we may decline or discontinue work where we are unable to complete those checks or where we reasonably suspect misuse.
You agree to give us information that is accurate, current and complete, and to tell us promptly if it changes. We rely on the information you provide.
6. Client portal accounts
Portal accounts are created by invitation; there is no public sign-up. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that takes place under your account. Tell us immediately at accounts@sovereigntyglobal.org if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or close an account to protect the security of the service or where these terms are breached.
7. Acceptable use of the website and portal
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, portal or any account; probe, scan or test their security; upload malware; scrape or harvest data; or interfere with their normal operation. You may upload only documents that are relevant to your engagement and that you have the right to share, and only in the formats we support.
8. Third-party services
Some features rely on third parties — for example Calendly for scheduling, and banks and government bodies in the course of your matter. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to your dealings with them, and we are not responsible for their services or decisions.
9. Intellectual property
The website, its content, branding and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, republish or exploit our content without our permission.
10. Fees
Fees for our services are set out in your engagement document. The website itself is free to browse. Unless your engagement document says otherwise, fees are payable as described there and are non-refundable to the extent work has already been carried out.
11. Disclaimers
The website and portal are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we exclude implied warranties that would otherwise apply. General information on the site may not reflect the most current legal or tax position.
12. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as liability for fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from decisions made by authorities, banks or other third parties. Our liability arising from a specific engagement is governed by the liability provisions in that engagement document. Our liability for your use of the website and portal is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against reasonable losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful or unauthorised use of the site or portal.
14. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy, which forms part of these terms.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or withdraw access to the website or portal, and we may end an engagement, in line with the engagement document, applicable law and our regulatory obligations. You may stop using the site at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity — will continue to apply.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the “last updated” date above, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
17. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the website and portal, are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, and the courts of Bulgaria have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
